A: We are a manufacture, the factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. Our production line included shelving, racking and display stand.

 

2. Q: How do we place the order?
A:  You could find out any contact us interface in the website, and our sales will get in touch with you.

 

3. Q: Could you manufacture the product as the designer sketch?
A: Certainly, we will recommend to confirm the samples before mass production.

 

4. Q: Could we visit the factory production line?
A: We are ready to show you around our factory so that you could know well about our quality level and workamanship.

 

5. Q: What is your most advantage?
A: We have confidence in our service, from the inquiry to order fullfilment, even after-sales service. our streamline procedure and high coordination among various department will assure the order operation smoothly.

 

6. Q: Could you make a brief introduction about the order fullfilment process?
A: From inquiry on, our sales will follow you together in any needed negitiation with other department, included designer, financial, production and logistics deparment.

 

7. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before shipping.

8. Q: Are there any installation instruction for reference?
A: There are detailed installation instruction paper and video for reference. Any query please ask our sales for assistance in time.


9. Q: Do you produce any other shelving that your website didn't show out?
A: Yes, that is for sure. Thanks to the customization series are not limited, we highly recommended the customization shelving, anyway make inquiry to us.

10. Q: Could you offer some documents or certificate for clearance?
A: Our shipping department colleague are farmiliar with these issue, we will prepare well for you before the container arrival.
